What is so special about Film Cherry?

We can offer filmmakers help with fund raising, advertisements, finding cast and crew, and of course we can produce your film. Come to us with a script, a pitch, an idea, and we can get it off the ground.

We can even just give you advice on a production, feedback on cuts and scripts and whatever you could need.

During our time in college and university we have built a strong network of fellow filmmakers and creatives, we are able to gather a crew using this network to help a film happen. 

We also have a large number of actors who have either worked with us before, or have put themself into consideration for all future Film Cherry productions

Inclusion

At Film Cherry, we understand what is important. We strive to create welcoming and inclusive environments and films. A large amount of research goes into every project, making sure that the representation is correct, especially when we are representing marginalised groups.

Environmentalism

We also strive to do minimal damage to the environment, using The Theatre Green Book and Albert to our advantage. We will avoid online shopping whenever possible, opting to instead shop at local, independent shops, and using local artists when possible and appropriate. 

Palestine

We believe in a free Palestine, and will follow the BDS boycotting list for all productions, no exceptions. 

Generative AI

We will never use generative AI in any stage of our productions, we are artists first and foremost and will not use a tool to create anything for us.
